1. Overview
This website is operated by DeskShift. Throughout this document, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to DeskShift. DeskShift is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you.

2. Our Role as a Retail Intermediary
DeskShift operates as a retail intermediary and authorised sales agent between independent manufacturers and suppliers, and the end customer. We curate, list, and facilitate the sale of products on behalf of our supplier partners, who are responsible for the production and physical fulfilment of each order.
DeskShift is an online-only business. There is no physical store, showroom, or warehouse location. All orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped directly by our logistics and fulfilment partners.
DeskShift bridges the gap between global suppliers and customers by assuming full responsibility for supplier communication, product sourcing, payment processing, and order coordination — providing customers with straightforward access to quality desk and laptop accessories.
By placing an order with us, you are entering into a sales agreement with DeskShift. We act as the responsible agent for that transaction and take full accountability for ensuring your order is fulfilled as described.
3. Brand Affiliation & Product Authenticity
DeskShift is an independent retail business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to any third-party brand, manufacturer, or trademark holder. Any product names, brand references, or trademarks mentioned on our store are used solely for descriptive purposes to identify compatible products.
We do not sell, distribute, or knowingly source counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised goods. All products listed on DeskShift are sourced from legitimate supplier and fulfilment partners. We take product authenticity seriously and will not facilitate the trade of infringing goods under any circumstances.

4. Product Information
We are committed to providing accurate and detailed product descriptions, including:

5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not offer deferred payment, "buy now, pay later," or instalment options
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability. Should an order be cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. Delivery and Fulfilment
As a retail intermediary, orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our logistics and fulfilment partners directly to your shipping address. A clearly defined delivery window is stated on each product listing and confirmed at checkout.

Our supplier partners quote a shipping window of 7–15 days from the point of dispatch. DeskShift has estimated a total delivery window of 7–20 business days to account for order processing, logistics coordination, and fulfilment handling before dispatch. This extended window is applied in good faith to ensure the estimate remains accurate under realistic operating conditions.
While we are unable to guarantee a specific calendar date of delivery due to variables within international logistics and carrier capacity, we commit to the delivery window communicated at the point of purchase. DeskShift accepts responsibility for ensuring delivery falls within the stated timeframe and will actively manage any delays or fulfilment issues on your behalf.
Once an order has been dispatched, a confirmation and tracking reference will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
We stand behind every product sold through DeskShift. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
To raise a concern, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at deskshiftstore@gmail.com.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used or altered unless the item was received in a faulty condition.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

DeskShift's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party logistics providers beyond our control, or losses resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

All content on this website — including brand name, logo, product photography, and written copy — is the property of DeskShift or used with permission. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
